Justin has over 20 years of experience in the retail, hospitality and management. With a background in History and PoliSci and a certificate in Recreation Studies from Seneca College he has always enjoyed working with people.

In the early 2000s he organized and ran youth programming for the Town of Richmond Hill. During that time, he transitioned to management at a large Canadian retailer. While there, he was headhunted to manage, run and co-own a franchise of a major coffee chain.

In 2015, launched his own coffee shop, Caffeine, and has co-owned it since.

Justin has always focused on building teams, for he believes on of the best parts of being a business owner and entrepreneur is the human side - seeing his employees grow, bond and mature.
